成都川菜博物馆位于郫县古城镇,占地约四十亩,投资近亿元、藏品数千件,是世界唯一以菜系文化为陈列内容的主题博物馆。博物馆内分典藏馆、互动演示馆、品茗休闲馆、灶王祠、川菜原料加工工具展示区等。
The Chengdu Sichuan Cuisine Museum is located at Gucheng Town, Pixian County. It covers a land area of 40mu and spends nearly one hundred million RMB of investment. With thousands of pieces of collection, it is the only cuisine culture-themed museum in the world. It consists of Classic Collection Hall, Interactive Demonstration Hall, Tea service & Leisure Hall ,Kitchen God Ancestral Hall, and Sichuan Cuisine Raw Material Processing Tools Exhibition Area, etc.

Welcome to take a look at the history of Sichuan cuisine culture. This hall exhibits Sichuan cuisine culture by cultural relics, ancient books & records, and pictures. Here you can learn about origin, evolution, development and formation of Sichuan cuisine culture.

Interactive Demonstration Hall
欢迎您融入今天的川菜文化。本馆现场演示的川菜刀功、火候及成菜过程,是川菜非物质文化核心内容,它们是动态的、经验的、艺术的,只能通过演示的形式陈列。
你可以参加互动。川菜的香和味,您只能通过鼻闻口尝亲身感受。您还可以了解川菜的就餐形态:零餐、雅间、筵席。你的互动将成为今天川菜文化的组成部分。您的参与构成了今天的就餐形态。
Welcome to have close contact with today`s Sichuan cuisine culture. This hall demonstrates cutting skill, duration&degree of heating, and cooking process of Sichuan cuisine, which are core contents of Sichuan cuisine, an intangible cultural heritage project. These contents are dynamic, experience-based and artistic and can only be displayed by means of demonstration.
You may participate in the interaction. You can personally experience the fragrance and taste of Sichuan cuisine by nose and mouth. You can also know about how Sichuan cuisine is shared by people, e.g. restaurant, private room, and banquet. Interaction has become a part of today`s Sichuan cuisine culture.

品茗休闲馆
Tea Service & Leisure Hall
川菜文化茶饭相随,饮食相依。川菜文化是燕集文化,宴饮、娱乐、休闲融为一体,饮茶品茗是川菜文化的组成部分。
川人饮茶形态不拘一格,春秋之季在阳光下喝坝坝茶,盛夏之时在树林中在林荫下饮茶纳凉,茶房品茗则四季皆宜。
在这里您都可以得到体验。
Dinner is always accompanied by tea in Sichuan cuisine culture, which is integrated with culture, banquet, entertainment and leisure. Tea drinking is an integral part of Sichuan cuisine culture. Sichuan people drink tea in different ways, In spring and autumn, they enjoy tea in an open field under the sunshine while they drink tea under trees in summer. Drinking tea in a teahouse is agreeable in all seasons. Here you can experience all these.



灶王祠
Kitchen God Ancestral Hall
灶王是传统川菜文化以及四川民俗文化的组成部分。在民间,灶王司职“上天言好事,下界保平安”。敬灶王,崇食尚饮,您可以感悟“一餐一饭,当思来之不易”,珍惜生活,与自然与社会和谐共处。
Kitchen God is an integral part of traditional Sichuan cuisine and Sichuan folk customs .In folklore, Kitchen God is responsible for saying for people and guaranteeing people`s safety. When offering sacrifice to Kitchen God, you will understand that the growing of rice and vegetable is very difficult. Thus you will cherish your life and live in perfect harmony with the nature and society.
