四川文化网讯：在中阿建交35周年之际，9月7日至9月11日，四川省委常委、成都市委书记范锐平率队在阿联酋开展对外交流活动。此行旨在以两国领导人深化全面战略伙伴关系共识为指引，学习借鉴迪拜、阿布扎比等阿联酋城市“大漠崛起”的先进营城理念，深化高端商贸、文化旅游、科技金融等领域务实合作，在对标一流中加快建设国际消费中心城市。

活动期间，范锐平一行考察了迪拜城市规划建设情况，深入了解迪拜购物中心、迪拜室内滑雪场等高端商贸文旅项目运营管理思路。范锐平说，要深入研判消费升级新需求和个性消费新特点，充分借鉴国际先进营城理念，加强与世界先进城市和优秀企业合作，强化参与性消费场景营造，着力打造一批与国际接轨的高端文旅项目和新型商业集群，加快建设具有区域消费引领力和全球商业配置力的国际消费中心城市，更好满足人民群众美好生活需要。
